We will then invite you to an interview. The meeting can either take place on site in one of our beautiful offices or alternatively remotely as a video call.

4th job offer

We know how important quick feedback is. So you don’t have to wait long for a response. After the interview, if we are both interested in working together, you will receive a corresponding offer within three days.

5. start of work

Once the employment contract has been signed, we start to arrange everything else. We order the modern equipment you need and set everything up for you.

FAQ

No, a cover letter is not absolutely necessary for us. A current CV is completely sufficient. We will be happy to clarify everything else in an initial interview!

We won’t keep you waiting long and will get back to you within 7 days!

Our application process has two phases: First, there is an introductory interview with one of our HR managers online. If everything fits, a second interview follows with one of our partners – online or on site. You will then receive a final decision from us. Trial work or similar is not mandatory with us. 😊

The first interview takes place online. Depending on which location you have applied for, there may be a second interview on site.

Preferably not at all! Just be yourself – we haven’t prepared any nasty questions for you 🙂

You will be assigned to one of our partners, who will provide you with intensive support in the first few weeks and act as your first point of contact. You will discuss tasks and everything important in daily meetings.

Yes, absolutely! We support training courses such as the IT and digitalization processes specialist assistant (FAIT), accountant and many more. In addition, our partner Timo, who is heavily involved in further training in the industry, ensures that our team is always up to date. 🚀
