We are a young supra-local law firm, represented in Düsseldorf, Cologne and Bielefeld. We enable location-independent consulting of national as well as international clients. We are like you – ambitious. dynamic. digital.

We have set ourselves the goal of providing our clients with holistic tax advice. Anyone who knows me knows that tax law is my passion! When I’m not advising young growth companies and medium-sized corporate clients on tax issues relating to restructuring, financing, or corporate succession, I’m working as a lecturer in tax advisor training and continuing education. I have been advising national and international clients on tax and business management issues for almost 14 years now. My focus is on advising companies of all legal forms, especially those in the manufacturing sector.

I have been working in national and international tax law for over 12 years now. My work focuses on VAT consulting, supporting start-ups, (online) retailers, and influencers, as well as process analysis and optimization for in-house tax departments. After years in consulting—including at Deloitte and Flick Gocke Schaumburg—I was most recently responsible for managing the internal tax department at ABOUT YOU, where I experienced firsthand what “New Work” can mean.

That’s why it’s particularly important to me that our employees feel comfortable with us and that we’re not just another “gray” tax firm on the market.
